Privacy Policy

1. What we never collect

The salary, income, and pay-frequency figures you enter into any calculator on this site are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored anywhere — not by us, and not by any third party. Refreshing or closing the page clears them completely. We built the calculation engine this way deliberately: there is no server-side calculation step for us to intercept your figures even if we wanted to.

2. What we do collect

• Standard analytics — anonymized page views, referring site, country-level location (derived from IP, which is not stored), device and browser type. Used only to understand which calculators are useful and to fix what's broken.
• Advertising data — if you consent via the cookie banner, our advertising partner (Google AdSense) may set cookies to show and measure ads. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set and you'll see non-personalized ads only.
• Theme preference — whether you prefer light or dark mode, stored locally in your browser only (not sent to us).

3. Cookies

We use three categories of storage:

• Essential (always on): your theme preference and your cookie-consent choice itself, stored in localStorage, not a tracking cookie.
• Analytics (always on, cookieless): our analytics provider does not use cookies and does not collect personal data, so it runs without needing your consent.
• Advertising (only with your consent): Google AdSense cookies, used to serve and measure ads. These are not set until you accept the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for netpayworldwide.com, or by adjusting your preferences at Google Ads Settings.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA to access, correct, delete, or export the limited data described above, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw cookie consent at any time. We do not sell personal information. Because we don't collect the financial figures you calculate, most access/deletion requests will have nothing to return — but for anything else we do hold (such as an email you've sent us), contact us using the details below.

5. Third-party services

• Google AdSense — serves the ads on this site. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses partner-site data.
• Hosting (Vercel or Netlify) — processes standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) as part of delivering the site.

6. Children's privacy

NetPay Worldwide is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date above if this policy changes materially, and post the revised version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
